An introduction to Quantum Computation and Criptography. Contains a detailed description of Peter Shor's algorithm for factorizing large integers and of criptography with entangled (EPR) states. A generalization of D. Deutsch's algorithm for an efficient discrimination between constant functions from non-constant functions is also presented.

Per ragioni difficili da comprendere in un'epoca in cui ogni PC ha almeno 64Mb di RAM (nel 2012 questo commento ha un sapore nostalgico, NdA), la tesi e' divisa in un numero spropositato di file PostScript, che spero avrete la pazienza di scaricare uno ad uno...
