Mission Statement

We are interested in all aspects of applied electromagnetics research, in particular, the fundamentals and applications of metamaterials and transformation electromagnetics in antenna and microwave engineering. We are committed to challenge the limitation of current numerical modelling techniques by extending our knowledge to nanomaterials and quantum devices. We will continute to explore the opportunity of body-centric wireless communications for healthcare, security and energy applications. Our ultimate objective is to maximise the economic and societal impact of our research through the engagement of industrial users and interdisciplinary researchers.
