About Me:

I am a researcher at Vision Semantics Ltd., a spin-off company from Queen Mary University of London. Previously, I spent 15 months working on a ICUK proof-of-concept project at QMUL. My general research interests include statistics, machine learning and computer vision. The problem that I am currently looking at is human profiling in public spaces.

Projects:

1) Vista: Video Analytics Software for Real-Time Human Profiling (April 2009 - June 2010)

In the Vista project, I developed a software system for human profiling in a crowded uncontrolled environment, i.e., under variable lighting conditions, severe occlusions, variations in human poses, etc.
