About Me

I am the co-founder of the social media analytics project Chatterbox Analytics with Dr Matthew Purver. We are interested in detecting patterns of interaction and opinions in social media data.

In June 2011 I completed my PhD (supervised by Prof. Pat Healey) with the Interaction, Media and Communication research group, in the School Of Electronic Engineering & Computer Science at Queen Mary, University Of London.

My PhD (link below), examined the used of shared space and the organisation of non-verbal behaviour in multiparty conversations. Most of my data was collected using motion capture in the Augmented Human Interaction lab.
