SeeGEDCOMX beta versions - expiry dates
New beta versions of SeeGEDCOMX will cease to work approximately six months after they are released.
- v0.7b3 will cease to work at the end of January 2004
- v0.7b4 will cease to work at the end of June 2004
- v0.7b5 will cease to work at the end of June 2004
- v0.8b1 will cease to work at the end of September 2004
- v0.8b2 will cease to work at the end of March 2005
- v0.8b3 will cease to work at the end of December 2005
- v0.8b4 will cease to work at the end of June 2006
- v0.8 (otherwise the same as 0.8b4) will not expire
Eventually, I'll be satisfied that the software is sufficiently feature
complete and stable that I'll move to a paid registration system with the
likes of Kagi or eSellerate, or a simple to use donation system like
PayPal.
Meanwhile, there's nothing to stop you from slipping the really very
modest amount of cash into the post - my address is in the built-in help :)
But Really, see it as donationware; I need to know if it's worth spending
more time on this project.
