Registration includes:
all
conference sessions, CD-ROM with proceedings, mid-morning
coffee break, fork buffet lunches with soft drinks,
mid-afternoon coffee break, conference dinner on September the
6th with drinks reception & 3 course meal.
Note: due to the large number
of registrations received so far, the venue of the conference
dinner will only be able to host a few more attendees (five,
as of 22 August). Any additional registrations will not
include the conference dinner, but will include the Welcome
reception on the London Eye, which has an equal value and was
not originally in the program.
(All registrations received before 22 August will include the
Welcome reception too.)
Each
attendee must register separately. Cancellation policy.
All cancellations or alterations should be put in writing to
AVSS 2007 (Theresa
Willis, Fax +44 20 7882 7997). If the cancellation is
received in writing: (i) by 30 July 2007: GBP 50 cancellation
fee will apply; (ii)
no refund after 30 July 2007.
