Our Ping Pong Fight Club team announced!

16 teams will face off for the ultimate ping pong challenge this Wed 25 Nov... and the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) will be there...

Last year Ping Pong Fight Club saw teams of tech startups face off in a nail biting night of naked ambition and competition… playing ping pong.

Dubbed ‘Battle of the Tech Titans’, the event is back this year and our team of challengers will be the only team from an academic institution to go up against 15 other teams of tech/financial companies (such as last.fm, Ticketmaster, Mind Candy and Expedia).

Funding Circle and Pongathon have come together to organise the battle, to be held in Shoreditch this week.

Our team
Tianhao Guo (a PhD student with the Networks research group in EECS)
Cheridan Thompson (1st year undergraduate student in marketing and management)
Xin Li (Lecturer in Mathematics)
Mathieu Barthet (Lecturer in Digital Media)

To support our team of brave challengers, come along from 6:30pm - 11pm at:

Rockwell House
6 Hemming Street
London
E1 5BW

Tickets will be £10 on the door, and there are a limited number of free tickets for QMUL supporters.
