The Bolívar Hall
The Bolívar Hall is part of the Venezuelan cultural complex located at 54 Grafton Way in Fitzrovia, London. It is named after Simón Bolívar, the political and military leader who liberated Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia from the Spanish rule in the first decades of the nineteenth century. Since first opening its doors to the public, the Hall has offered a programme of art exhibitions, music, film, theatre as well as literary and academic events. The concert hall contains 140 retractable seats and a retractable film screen, and its room acoustic is well suited for solo recitals and chamber-sized orchestras.
All the events presented at the Bolívar Hall are free of charge and they are often listed in Time Out and What`s On magazines.
The Hall is located very close to Warren Street Tube (Underground) Station, which is on the Victoria and the Northern lines.
